The stories in this book were written by Deborah Omar and Ward Raviv-Shurtz in the tradition of stories for young children, which began with the book Migdal of the Cubes I built and the kiss that was lost. They aim first and foremost to give the child pleasure and provide him with interest. They mainly focus on the child's immediate environment and refer to various developmental and emotional aspects. But aside from the intention to amuse the young listeners there is also a desire to provide added value in the form of emotional nurturing, cognitive enrichment and promotion of various aspects of emotional intelligence. The stories are mainly intended for the age range of two to four years and they deal with content adapted to the developmental stages and some of the needs of these age groups. The length of the stories fits their attention span (and the patience of their parents).
