Piccolo Extreme Piccolo Extreme is the most challenging in the Piccolo series - diagnosis and quick reaction games by Shaffer Games - which is successful all over the world. The game includes a bell and 72 cards. Some of the cards have mixtures of fruits and some have animals. Each player starts with a closed deck of cards and in turn opens one card and places it in front of him. The players continue to open cards and stack them in the piles in front of them until two identical cards appear or until an animal appears that the fruit mixture on the other face-up cards warranted waiting. The first to ring the bell at the right moment wins all the stacks and the one who gets confused and rings by mistake is "sent to jail". Concentration and vigilance must be maintained because you never know where the surprise will come from.
