Pipes / Cold Challenge When you have an asthma attack you can't breathe. When you're out of breath it's hard to talk. Your sentence is blocked by the amount of air you are able to expel from your lungs. It's not much, something between three and six words. It gives you respect for the word. You go through the piles of words that come to mind. Choose the most important. And they cost you too. Not like healthy people who take out all the words that have accumulated in their head like they take out garbage. When someone during an attack says ``I love you'' or ``I love you terribly'' there is a difference. Difference of a word. A word is a lot, because a word can mean ``sit'', ``ventolin'' or even ``ambulance''.
