Behind the facade of a perfect life, Michal Oshman faced anxieties and fears that would not let her rest. Her father's role as a coroner and Israel's chief pathologist exposed her to crime and violence from a young age, and horror scenarios haunted her every step of the way.And Wm. Full of apprehension and anxiety, she sought comfort and healing in conventional psychotherapy, and even specialized herself in various fields of psychology, but found herself trapped in a labyrinth with no cure and no relief. Just before she despaired, she had the opportunity to listen to a lecture about a book she had never known, a book more than two hundred years old, which deals with the wisdom of the soul and which will change her life.
Michal was surprised and moved to the core by the discovery of the wisdom and ideas that were hidden between the pages of the Taniya book. The methodicality, sensitivity and practical tools offered in it captured her heart and gave her soul rest in the various arenas of her life as a mother, as a wife and as a senior manager in the world of technology and social media. She deepened the contents and ideas she discovered and processed the advice contained in them into an orderly and modern Mishnah. Thus came into the world the courage to be afraid on the way to success, which offers practical work tools with the power to grant peace of mind and growth in both personal and professional life.
